You can get Flows player by first downloading the file on your computer and then by sending it to your mobile phone by Bluetooth or an adapter cable, or you can decide to download the player directly to your mobile phone.
Computer
Download the Java player to your computer and send it to your mobile phone via cable connection or Bluetooth.
Mobile Phone
Digit-in your number and send the player directly to your phone. You will receive an SMS including a link: click on the link to start downloading.
Don't forget to deauthorize any previous version
Before re-installing for a second time the player into your phone, as well as into any new phone, you must first deauthorize it.
Deauthorization can be started directly on your phone: launch Flows and select "transfer", under the "start" > "license" menu. After de-authorization is completed, you can install a new version of the player.
Note: installing new versions of the software, before deauthorizing old ones, will prevent them to correctly run.
Install new version
After file transmission is compleated, a message will be shown on your mobile phone. Yust open it and follow the instructions.
Security settings on your mobile phone
- Please ensure that the security settings on your mobile phone are configured correctly. Some service providers pre-configure your phone to prevent you from installing software on your own.
- To modify the configuration just enter the menu: Menu > Tools > Settings > Applications > Application Manager
Please, perform the following settings
- Software installation = On; Check online certificates = Off
- When asked: Do you want to install this application on your mobile phone ? Answer: Yes
- The following message will be displayed: Please finish the installation on the mobile phone
On your mobile phone some questions will be asked
- Install Flows ? Answer: Yes
- Security alert: publisher cannot be verified > Answer: Continue
- Software details > Answer: Continue
